Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you will receive your order in the Netherlands & Belgium within 1-2 working days. orders shipped to the rest of Europe take 2-5 business days. (Please note that during sales periods and holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive.)
Where can I view my order status?
In the order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of all your orders when you are logged into your account on the website.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Once we receive your order, we will immediately send it to our warehouse for shipping. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will review the status of your order and see if any changes can be made. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, you will need to wait for your order to arrive and make a return.
I have not received confirmation of my order?
Sometimes your confirmation may take a little longer if we have a lot of orders. Please allow up to an hour for your confirmation to arrive in your inbox. And please check your spam folder. If it takes longer than an hour, please make sure you entered the correct email address and send us an email so we can send you a confirmation.

How can I return my order?
Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
We offer a full refund on all non-sale items returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties or shipping charges for returns. Refunds will be made in Euros at the price paid at the original purchase.
For sale items you will receive a voucher showing your purchase.
Please note: accessories cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. It may take up to 5 business days for your refund to be available in your account after your return has been processed (depending on your payment method).

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
All orders are carefully processed and checked before shipment. We ask you to do the same immediately after receiving your order. If you find a defect in one or more items, please contact us immediately with a description of your problem and detailed photos of the defect. Please do not return damaged items to us without contacting us first.
Can I return sale items?
Yes this is possible. You will receive a gift voucher from us for your purchase.
Can I return an order that was paid for with a gift voucher?
You can return your order according to the regular returns procedure. After processing your return, you will receive a store credit equal to the order value.
